7075 CNC aluminum with a hollow design. Light, it won't break or deform, and the anodized finish protects it from rust and corrosion.
The IMPALAPRO bike seat clamp is a 28 g seatpost clamp in anodized 7075 CNC aluminum with a hollow design, an M5 Allen bolt and an extra M5x24 screw to hold your seat post firmly, in 31.8 or 34.9 mm.
It depends on your seat post diameter. From 27.2 to 28.6 mm: the 31.8 mm clamp. From 30.8 to 31.6 mm: the 34.9 mm clamp. Not recommended for seat posts under 27.2 mm.
Just an Allen key. Clean the seat post and frame, apply a thin layer of grease, position the clamp with the IMPALA logo readable and tighten the bolt to a firm 4–6 Nm.
Better not to overtighten. Push the saddle down: if it moves, tighten a little more with the Allen key and repeat the test until it holds firm. For a carbon seat post, follow the manufacturer's instructions.
An M5 Allen bolt and an extra M5x24 bolt.
Many riders search for it as a saddle clamp. This is the bicycle seat clamp that closes the top of the frame around the seat post; it is not the clamp that holds the saddle rails.
28 g. CNC-machined 7075 aluminum with a hollow design and an anodized finish against rust and corrosion.
Clean it now and then with a soft cloth, water and a little mild soap. Apply a thin layer of grease to the seat post every 3–6 months. Replace it if the thread gets hard to tighten or loosen, it loses its grip, or you see deformation.
