The IMPALAPRO MTB is an ultralight TPU inner tube for 29, 27.5 and 26" wheels, from 56 to 66 g depending on size: less rolling resistance and better puncture resistance than a rubber MTB tube. For 1.75 to 2.4" tires, with a 45 mm Presta valve and a removable core.

Yes. It's compatible with disc brakes and rim brakes.
Inflate it to 30 % so it takes shape, without going over 6 PSI, put the valve through the rim and slide the rest of the tube inside the tire. Refit the tire and inflate to the recommended pressure.
Ideal. At 56 to 66 g they weigh a fraction of a 150-200 g rubber tube and take up far less space, so they disappear into your pack or saddle bag.
