Yes, as long as it has standard threaded bottle cage bosses (64 ± 5 mm). The elongated slots let you move it up or down to suit the geometry.
With the stainless steel bolts and Allen key included: position the cage, set the height with the slots, lightly tighten both bolts and then firmly, without overtightening. Check that the side opening doesn't clash with cables, the shock or the battery.
With a damp cloth. Avoid abrasive products that could damage the electroplated finish, and check the bolts after long rides or rough terrain.
