Check your wheel's axle width: the front skewer is for 100 mm axles and the rear for 135 mm axles. They are sold separately.

Yes, if your wheels use quick release: it is compatible with 26, 27.5 and 29-inch wheels on mountain, road, city, folding and electric bikes.
Slide the skewer through the hub with the lever on the left-hand side and thread on the nut until you feel moderate resistance. You should be able to close the lever with the palm of your hand, firm but without forcing it. If it closes too easily, tighten the nut; if it's too stiff, back it off a little.
